HERSHEY, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley women's ice hockey team fell 6-0 in the battle against the Manhattanville Valiants on Friday evening.
Lebanon Valley (1-4-0, 0-3-0 UCHC, 0-2-0 MAC) held the Valiants until 6:58, when they put their first goal on the board. Manhattanville (3-0-0, 3-0-0 UCHC) followed with two more goals at 10:50 and 12:20 to take a 3-0 lead over LVC going into the second period. The Dutchmen came out strong defensively in the second period, only allowing one goal at 12:20. In the third period, the Valiants put away a shorthanded goal at 8:42 and a final power play goal at 13:55 to finalize the 6-0 defeat.
