READING, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College men's soccer team began Middle Atlantic Conference Commonwealth play with a 3-0 victory at Albright College on Saturday evening in Reading.
The Dutchmen got on the board in the 13th minute when
Anderson Velozwong sent a bullet into the back of the net off an assist by
Nathan Prex. Prex then made it 2-0 in the 20th minute with his own laser shot past the keeper.
Zach Reed added an insurance goal in the 68th minute when he knocked in a loose ball right in front of the goal.

- LVC held a 13-8 shot advantage including 7-3 in shots on goal in a very physical game.
- Prex finished with a goal and an assist to give him a team-leading 12 points on the season.
- Velozwong scored his 11th career goal and fourth of the year while taking two shots.
- Reed's goal was his second of the year and eighth of his career.
- The Dutchmen picked up their third shutout of the year while winning their ninth consecutive game against the Lions.
