- The home team was the first to get on the board when Hazel Miller netted her first of the season with just 3:05 remaining in the opening quarter. Later, with 1:32 to go, Danielle Alba ripped LVC's first shot of the game, but Maggie Titus was there to make the stop and keep it a 1-0 game heading into the second.
- With just 2:12 to go in the second quarter, the Owls increased their advantage off Sarah Chapman's goal from Ryann McManus, giving Bryn Mawr a 2-0 lead heading into halftime.
- In the third, the Owls' defense continued to hold LVC off the scoreboard, and midway through the frame, Novy Goetgeluk put the home team on top 3-0 off an assist from Sarah Rilatt.
- The fourth quarter featured several more offensive opportunities for the Dutchmen, but the squad was unable to solve Bryn Mawr's goaltenders and fell 3-0.Â
