Lebanon Valley 3, Penn State Harrisburg 0 (25-19, 26-24, 25-12)
ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley Volleyball team notched their fourth straight win with a 3-0 sweep over Penn State Harrisburg on Thursday evening. The Dutchmen improve to 6-5 on the season while the Lions drop to 6-4.
How It Happened
- In the opening set, the Dutchmen jumped ahead quickly over the Lions taking eight of the first ten points. The Dutchmen would never relinquish their lead despite the Lions pulling within four at 21-17 late in the set. The Dutchmen would win four of the last six to take the first set 25-19.
- The second set was the only set that PSU held a lead in as they opened up an 8-2 lead over LVC. The Dutchmen would pull even at 12-12 following a pair of runs of five points. With PSU holding a 22-19 lead late, the Dutchmen offense would turn it on as they picked up seven of the final nine points to take a commanding two-set lead.
- The third set was all Dutchmen from the start including a run of 11 straight points to push their lead out to 22-7. LVC would cruise through the final points to complete the sweep over the Lions.

The Dutchmen are back in Sorrentino tomorrow night as they play host to Lancaster Bible College. Game time is scheduled for 6 p.m.
