How It Happened
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Chatham used a flurry of goals in the second period to down the Lebanon Valley women's ice hockey team 4-2 in UCHC action on Friday night. LVC falls to 0-6-1 with the loss while the Cougars improve to 4-3.
The Dutchmen jumped out to the early lead just 5:29 into the contest when
Abby Radcliffe was able to beat the Cougar goaltender and give LVC the early advantage. The 1-0 lead for LVC would hold through to the first intermission. In the second, just 1:25 elapsed time,
Victoria Scurto would find the net and double the Dutchmen lead to 2-0.
Chatham would begin their scoring streak with just over five minutes to go in the second period when Allison James-Corser scored her first of two goals in the second period. Sydney Collins would add a third and the Cougars netted a trio of goals in about two and a half minutes and both teams headed into the dressing room with Chatham now holding a 3-2 lead. James-Corser would complete the hat trick late in the third period with an insurance goal for the Cougars as LVC fell 4-2.

- Victoria Scurto netted her third goal of the year while Abby Radcliffe picked up her second goal of the season.
- Sophie Trentini and Morgan Sifinski each recorded their first assists of the season.
- Allison James-Corser finished with four points on three goals and an assist for Chatham.
