UTICA, N.Y. – The Lebanon Valley Men's Ice Hockey team were blanked 9-0 at No. 3 Utica College in UCHC action on Saturday afternoon. The Dutchmen fall to 1-3, 0-2 UCHC while the Pioneers improve to 3-1, 2-0 UCHC.

How It Happened

• The Pioneers came out of the locker room with their offense clicking as they tallied their first goal just 2:22 into the contest. They would add two more to hold a 3-0 lead after one period.
• Utica would add four goals in the second and two more in the third period as they held the Dutchmen offense in check throughout the contest.

Inside The Numbers

• The Pioneers outshot the Dutchmen 50-11 for the game.
• Utica's Dante Zapata led all players with four points on a pair of goals and assists.
• LVC was held scoreless on their one power play chance while the Pioneers went 2-for-5 on the PP.

Who's Next?
The Dutchmen return home for their next contest as they host Manhattanville on Friday night at 7 p.m. in Hersheypark Arena.
