How It Happened
- LVC had their offense rolling all afternoon and wasted no time jumping ahead quickly on the Mules as they opened up an 11-2 run in the opening minutes. The Dutchmen weren't done putting some distance between them and Muhlenberg as the home team found themselves up 21 points around the midway point of the first half.
- Jaylen Reichner was on fire from beyond-the-arc as he knocked down four treys in the first half and finished with 12 points in the opening stanza. Collin Jones was also dominant in the opening half as he poured in 19 points in the first half.
- The Dutchmen offense finished the first half with a season-best 45 points and held a 17-point lead at intermission.
- In the second half, it was more of the same from the Dutchmen offense as the threes continued to rain down, including three more from Reichner. The closest the Mules pulled the deficit to was just 11 points as the Dutchmen led by double digits for a majority of the contest and would cruise to an 82-66 win.
