How It Happened
MONTCLAIR, N.J. – Rachel Wright's go-ahead goal late in the fourth quarter proved to be all the Dutchmen needed in its 2-1 victory against Montclair State on the road. The Flying Dutchmen improved to a record of 5-8, while the Red Hawks fell to a record of 6-5.
First Quarter
· The opening quarter was a defensive battle that saw Dutchmen goalkeeper Corrine Kearney stifle the Red Hawk offense. The Dutchmen defense denied several penalty corner opportunities and kept the game scoreless.

Third Quarter
· The Dutchmen came out flying in the third quarter and took the lead on an early goal from Emily Kline, her second tally of the season. The Red Hawks answered back quickly on a goal from Tori Sutera to even the score 1-1. Both teams traded scoring chances throughout the rest of the quarter, but neither team could find the back of the net and entered the final quarter still tied at 1.
