How It Happened
OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Lebanon Valley women's basketball team dropped their MAC Commonwealth matchup at Stevenson by a 69-57 mark on Saturday afternoon. LVC falls to 7-9, 2-5 on the season while the Mustangs improved to 7-8, 3-4.

Both teams shot the ball well in the opening half with each team shooting at least 50% from the floor in the opening 20 minutes. The first period was back-and-forth with neither team able to grab control of the game and Stevenson led by just a pair, 20-18, after one quarter. The second quarter started with Stevenson rattling off an 8-2 spurt that pushed their lead to eight, the largest of the game to that point. LVC would battle back throughout the frame but Stevenson would carry that eight-point advantage into the intermission.

In the third quarter, Stevenson's Hannah Crist would catch fire from the field scoring seven early points in the frame to grow the Mustang lead to double digits. Another 8-2 run by Stevenson, this time to close out the third period, would give the Mustangs a comfortable 61-46 lead with just 10 minutes to play. LVC would only be able to cut the deficit to nine in the fourth quarter as the Dutchmen fell, 69-57, at Stevenson.
