How It Happened
GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Lebanon Valley's women's soccer team surrendered three second-half goals and fell to Gettysburg 4-1 on Saturday afternoon.

The opening half was a defensive struggle for both teams as the half was played with a scoreless tie for a majority of the first 45 minutes. The Dutchmen only managed four shots in the opening half and while Gettysburg fired off 10 shots,
Serena Donmoyer made five saves in the half. With just 94 seconds remaining in the first half, Charlotte Cenatiempo put the Bullets on the board to take a 1-0 Gettysburg into the break.
Early in the second half, LVC would get their equalizer on a strike from
Madison Carper. Carper found the back of the net at the 53:36 mark of the second half to pull the game back even, tied 1-1.
The Bullets would take the lead back in the 71st minute as they scored twice in 14 seconds. Erika Muskus scored the first goal off an assist from Cenatiempo at the 70:01 mark, followed by another Cenatiempo goal, this time from a Muskus assist at the 70:15 mark in the second half as Gettysburg now led the Dutchmen 3-1. Muskus would put the nail in the coffin with her second goal of the game with just over 10 minutes to play to down LVC 4-1.
