ANNVILLE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley's
Kevin Beaver has been named the Middle Atlantic Conference's (MAC) Men's Lacrosse Senior Scholar-Athlete as he wraps up his illustrious career for the Flying Dutchmen.
During his junior season, Beaver was named to the All-MAC Commonwealth Second Team after leading the team with 42 points, 31 goals, and five hat tricks. He has already accumulated over 100 career points and is just seven goals away from 100 for his career. Currently, he's leading LVC with 41 goals and 54 points in 15 games played. He has led the Dutchmen to three straight MAC Commonwealth Championship berths (2016-18).
Beaver is a dual major in biochemistry and molecular biology and environmental science and is set to graduate in May. He currently holds a 3.98 GPA and will be named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll for a fourth consecutive year. Beaver was named to the 2018 Men's Lacrosse Academic All-MAC Team, and as a freshman, he received LVC's Chemistry Achievement Award. He will attend the University of Utah to pursue his Ph.D. in chemistry after graduation.
