HILTON HEAD, S.C. – Lebanon Valley's men's tennis team earned a 6-3 victory over West Virginia State on day two of its annual spring break trip Monday afternoon. The Dutchmen jumped to 1-3 while the Yellow Jackets fell to 0-3.
In No. 2 doubles action,
Blake Martin and
Elliott Kleckner teamed up to defeat Dylan Jayasuriya and Ethan Cross 6-4, while
Luke Senft and
Ben Hinkley earned a 6-2 win in No. 3 doubles.
Justin Schuetz won at No. 2 singles, defeating Noah Fulks 7-56-3, while Klecker earned another victory, this time at No. 4 singles 6-4, 6-2. In No. 5 singles, Senft rolled to a 6-0, 6-1 win, while Hinkley was victorious in No. 6 singles 6-0, 6-1.
Spring break action continues for LVC tomorrow, March 5, when the Dutchmen take on Albion College at 9:30 a.m.
