ANNVILLE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley opened up MAC Commonwealth action this afternoon by narrowly falling to Stevenson 5-4 at Shankroff Tennis Center. The Flying Dutchmen slipped to 5-5, 0-1 MAC Commonwealth, while the Mustangs stayed perfect and moved to 8-0, 1-0 MAC Commonwealth.
Justin Schuetz earned a hard-fought 7-6(2), 6-4 victory over Andre Sturniolo in No. 2 singles, while
Elliott Kleckner took down Douglas Vaughan 6-3, 6-3 in No. 4 singles. In No. 5 singles,
Luke Senft cruised past Stevenson's Wornden Ly 6-2, 6-2, followed by
Ben Hinkley's 6-3, 7-5 win in No. 6 singles over Larry Johnson III.
LVC is back in action on Wednesday, April 3rd, when the Dutchmen host Cabrini University at 3:30 p.m.
