DAY ONE RESULTS
ITHACA, N.Y. – Several members of Lebanon Valley's men's and women's track & field team competed at the opening day of the All-Atlantic Region Indoor Track & Field Championships (AARRTFC), hosted by Ithaca College, on Friday.
The Flying Dutchmen were led this afternoon by
Alyssa Diffenderfer, who broke her own school record in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.92, 0.03 seconds better than her previous personal-best of 7.95. The junior qualified for tomorrow's final race along with seven other runners.
Then, in the women's distance medley relay, a team of
Sarah Grow,
Becky Ford,
Julia Resele, and
Lauren Bunke all put together career-best times to compile a time of 12:46.77, the ninth-best on LVC's all-time list.
Olivia Faloon was solid in the pole vault and today was the third consecutive meet that she cleared the 10-foot mark. Finally,
Logan Grauer competed in the 60-meter hurdles, while
Trent Donlan threw in the shot put and
Jessica Olewine took part in the triple jump.
Regional action concludes tomorrow at Ithaca College.
