LVC would close the gap some into halftime but still trailed 37-22 at halftime despite scoring 17 points in the quarter.
Widener would begin to put the Dutchmen away in the third quarter, outscoring LVC 22-9 in the period, including Devan Rimmer of Widener scoring 13 of her game-high 24 points in the third quarter and LVC would eventually fall to the Pride in the conference opener for both sides.
