How It Happened
A goal in the 64th minute helped Albright escape Herbert Field with a narrow 1-0 victory over Lebanon Valley on Saturday afternoon in MAC Commonwealth women's soccer action. The Dutchmen slipped to 6-5-2, 2-3-1 MACC, while the Lions improved to 10-3-1, 4-2 MACC.

Emma Longenecker,
Kira Pushart,

Meghan Cleary on Senior Day.
In the 64th minute, Albright's Emily Mollica got off a shot, but
Serena Donmoyer made the big save. Then, just six seconds later, Lauren Haley corralled the rebound and found the back of the net to break the 0-0 tie and give the Lions the slight lead.
In the final 13 minutes or so, Evitts and Longenecker got shots off, but Evitts' went high and Longenecker's was saved by Alexis Tunney, and eventually Albright held on down the stretch and came away with the narrow win.
Inside the Numbers
- Donmoyer fought hard and allowed just one goal while recording seven saves.
- The Lions' Tunney made five saves between the pipes.

Katie Goldsmith had two shots on net to lead LVC.
- Albright's Haley paced her squad with four shots on goal.
- The Lions held the edge in shots at 13-9 and shots on goal at 8-5.
- Albright also led in corner kicks at 3-0.
Playoff Picture
Currently, LVC (2-3-1) sits in the sixth spot in the MAC Commonwealth with the top five making the postseason tournament. Stevenson owns the No. 5 spot (3-3-1) and Widener and Albright are tied for the No. 3 spot.

The Dutchmen head to Lycoming on Wednesday in a must-win game against the Warriors at 3:30 p.m.
