How It Happened
ANNVILLE, Pa. – Anne Lehr and Emily Mealey led Lebanon Valley to a 75-67 come-from-behind victory over Stevenson on Wednesday night in MAC Commonwealth action. The Dutchmen jumped to 11-8, 6-4 MAC Commonwealth, while the Mustangs dropped to 12-7, 6-4 MAC Commonwealth.

Down by 12 at 24-12 with 8:01 remaining in the second quarter, LVC scored nine consecutive points to come to within three of Stevenson at 24-21 with 5:18 left in the period. The Dutchmen continued to hang around and later, with the Mustangs up by six at 35-29 with 1:44 to go, LVC ended the second on a pivotal 8-0 spurt, capped by Mealey's layup with four seconds to go, as the Dutchmen went into halftime with a narrow 37-35 advantage.

With 7:14 left in the third, Stevenson retook the lead at 7:43 when Jonyae Curry's free throw made it 42-41. At 3:43, Mealey's layup made it 48-46 in favor of the Dutchmen and they never looked back. LVC held the lead from there on out, thanks to a solid offensive performance and a strongly-defended second half.

At the start of the fourth, the Dutchmen held a 55-49 lead, and it was extended when Lehr made a jumper, followed by Becky Evan's layup which push LVC's lead to 10 at 59-49 with 9:13 remaining. Stevenson responded with a 7-2 run to come to within five points with 6:13 left, but a 12-2 response from LVC that spanned over three minutes put the Dutchmen back up by 10 and clinched the victory.

Inside the Numbers
 - Lehr paced the offense with a game-high 19 points and she added six assists and a 9-for-12 mark from the charity stripe.
 - Mealey was a force in the point, going for 18 points and 12 rebounds.
 - Morgan Bamberger made four 3-pointers to record 12 points.
 - Caroline Scarff chipped in eight points, while Ashley Kline went 3-for-3 from the field and tallied seven points.
 - For the Mustangs, Kristine Tennyson scored 12 points, followed by Curry who registered 11.
 - The Dutchmen shot well from the field as a team, finishing at 52-percent compared to Stevenson's 46-percent.
 - LVC outrebounded the Mustangs 34-31.  

Playoff Picture
With the win tonight, LVC moved into a tie for fourth place with Stevenson in the MAC Commonwealth. Six conference games remain for the Dutchmen.

LVC travels to Frederick, Md. to take on Hood on Saturday at 1 p.m.
