How It Happened
RYE, N.Y. – Lebanon Valley was held scoreless in a 5-0 defeat at the hands of Manhattanville on Sunday afternoon. The Dutchmen now sit at 2-4-2, 1-2-1 UCHC, 1-2-1 MAC, while the Valiants jumped to 4-3, 2-2 UCHC, 2-0 MAC.
After Manhattanville notched a goal just 1:12 into the opening period, LVC held the Valiants in check for the remainder of the period and the score was 1-0 in favor of Manhattanville after 20 minutes of play.
In the second period, the Valiants struck for four goals, including two short-handed tallies and one power-play goal. Manhattanville got goals from five different goal-scorers en route to the 5-0 win.
Inside the Numbers

Jill Moffatt suffered the loss despite making 31 saves in 26:20 of action.
Victoria Lahey relieved Moffatt for the final 33:40 and stopped all 33 shots that she faced.
 - The Valiants' Rose Pijaca earned the win after making one save. Lexi Crites relieved her and played the final 33:40 and stopped nine shots.

Emma Stillwaggon each recorded two shots on goal.

Chloe Glass went 9-for-14 from inside the faceoff circle, but as a team, Manhattanville led in total faceoff wins at 35-21.
 - For the Valiants, Nicole Mensi finished with a goal and two assists, while Morgan Wilm registered a goal and an assist.
Who's Next?
LVC's final two games before the holiday break are set for next Friday (3:30 p.m.) and Saturday (1:30 p.m.) inside Hersheypark Arena.
