How It Happened
READING, Pa. – Albright netted a goal 2:03 into overtime to edge Lebanon Valley 1-0 on Saturday night in MAC Commonwealth women's soccer action. The Dutchmen slipped to 5-2-3, 1-1 MAC Commonwealth, while the Lions improved to 6-5-1, 1-1-1 MAC Commonwealth.
After neither team could find the back of the net in regulation, Albright's Crissy Terraces dribbled around two defenders in the 93rd minute and scored on the left wing to give the Lions a 1-0 victory in overtime.
For the most part, the game was close in terms of scoring opportunities, as the Lions put together six shots compared to LVC's four, however the Dutchmen led in shots on goal at two-to-one.
