How It Happened
ANNVILLE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley suffered a narrow 2-1 loss at the hands of Arcadia on Wednesday afternoon in MAC Commonwealth men's soccer action. The Dutchmen now sit at 10-4-1, 4-3 MAC Commonwealth, while the Knights improved to 10-4-2, 3-3-1 MAC Commonwealth.

Arcadia was the first team to strike, and it was early, as Bradley McKim got the Knights on the board just over three minutes into the game. After Arcadia's initial shot was saved, McKim was in the right spot at the right time and scored an open-net goal.

LVC evened the score in the 18th minute, however, when a cross to the middle was blocked, the ball came out to Jake Kline's feet and he rocketed a low ball past a diving Chris Watson to tie the game up at 1-1.
Just six minutes later, McKim attempted a cross from outside the 18, and the Dutchmen attempted to clear the ball, however it was too close to the net and went into the back of the net. LVC generated several scoring chances for the remainder of the half, but the score remained 2-1 in favor of Arcadia for the rest of the first.
In the second, LVC continued to outplay the Knights, but were unable to find the tying goal and eventually fell 2-1.
