How It Happened
RYE, N.Y. – Lebanon Valley's women's ice hockey team capped off its five-game road trip by falling to Manhattanville College by a 6-0 score on Tuesday night in New York. The Valiants improved to 12-6-1 and the Dutchmen slipped to 2-17-0.
LVC was blanked for the first time since Jan. 10, when this same Manhattanville team shutout the Dutchmen at Hersheypark Arena. The Valiants scored just once in the first period, leaving an opening for LVC, however Manhattanville came out in the second period and tallied three goals, making it a 4-0 game after two periods of play.
The Valiants then added two goals in the third period and came away with the 6-0 win.
