How It Happened
MALBOROUGH, Mass. – Becker College scored a goal with 1:33 remaining in the third period to break a 2-2 tie to allow the Hawks to edge Lebanon Valley's women's ice hockey team 3-2 on Saturday night. Becker improved to 6-9-2, while the Dutchmen slipped to 2-13.

MacKenzie Bokina netted the game's first goal for her team-leading eighth point of the season 13:33 into the first period off an assist from Nikki Lloyd to give LVC a 1-0 advantage, which it held heading into the second period. The Hawks, however, answered with just under four minutes left in the second when Bailey Coons scored and the game was tied at 1-1 heading into the third period.

6:12 into the third, Liz D'Ginto gave the Dutchmen their lead back when she found the back of the net from Eleanor Donaher and Bokina, but just over three minutes later at 9:44, Coons scored her second of the game to tie the game again at 2-2. Then, with 1:33 left, Claudia Gee was able to put one past Jillian Moffatt and Becker went on to narrowly escape 3-2.
