How It Happened
Lebanon Valley scored three goals in the span of 1:05 in the beginning of the second half en route to a 4-0 victory over Eastern Mennonite University of Saturday afternoon in non-conference men's soccer play. The Dutchmen won their fourth in a row a jumped to 7-1-0, while the Royals fell to 5-3-2.

In the later minutes of the first half (36th) with the game knotted at 0-0, David Brooks sent a pass into the box that was waiting for Kyle Guissanie, and the sophomore drilled it past EMU goalkeeper Matt Overacker for Guissanie's first collegiate goal that gave LVC a 1-0 advantage. The one-goal lead stood heading into the halftime break.

The 52nd minute is where things started to get a little crazy: At 52:17, after a Royals' foul, Austin Freeman kicked the ball into the box where Riley Katshir was able to find the back of the net and increase LVC's lead to 2-0. Just 35 seconds later, at 52:52, Matt Prince chipped the ball into the box from the right side and Freeman skimmed it off the goalie's arm and into the back of the net for the 3-0 lead.

30 seconds later, Freeman was at it again when he shot the ball from inside the box that the goalie saved, however the junior got the rebound and sent it into the left side of the net, capping off an amazing outbreak of Dutchmen goals.

Inside the Numbers
 - Freeman finished with two goals and an assist to lead the offense.
 - Cam Avery (7-1) made five saves in the shutout, while Brad Wood relieved Avery and kept EMU off the scoreboard for just under 20 minutes.
 - LVC overwhelmingly led in shots at 22-10 and had eight shots on goal compared to the Royals' five.
 - The Dutchmen also dominated in corner kicks at 13-2.

Who's Next?
LVC looks to keep momentum when it heads to York (Pa.) to take on the Spartans on Wednesday at 4 p.m.
