How It Happened
PITTSBURGH, Pa. – Playing against Chatham University for the third consecutive time, Lebanon Valley's women's ice hockey team fell to the Cougars by an 8-0 score on Saturday afternoon. The Dutchmen fell to 2-7, while Chatham went to 4-6-1.
The Cougars scored three goals in the first featuring three different goal scorers in Kaleigh Mace, Cassidy Colhoun, and Holly Ackerman. In the second, Chatham scored a short-handed at 17:23 and added another tally with seven seconds remaining to take on a 5-0 lead heading into the third.
Nikki Lloyd led the way in the second period with two shots, while
Savannah Knoble and
Eleanor Donaher each added a shot on goal.
Chatham added a trio of goals in the third period and went on to earn the 8-0 win.
Inside the Numbers
 - Lloyd ended with three shots on goal, followed by two from Knoble and Donaher.

Jillian Moffat played the first two periods between the pipes and made 40 saves.
Victoria Lahey played the third period and was impressive, making 26 shots.
 - The Cougars held the edge in faceoff wins at 41-17.
