Jeremy Beaver, the reigning USILA national player of the week, won 18-of-20 face-offs to key LVC's 15-goal outburst.
Klayton Garman scored five goals and
Brett Kudlak handed out four assists as 11 different Dutchmen recorded a point.
The Dutchmen led 4-2 after the first quarter following two goals from Kudlak and strikes by Garman and
Alex Bushong, but Elmira pulled it within a goal when Eric Hallman struck down a man in the first minute of the second. That would be Elmira's final goal, however, for a whopping 43:57, as LVC scored the next 11 until the final seconds of the fourth quarter.
Mason Hoff hit to start the run, and
Austin Minnich worked a caused turnover into a goal midway through the half. LVC scored four in the final 1:47 of the half - three of them by Garman, including two in the final 16 seconds - to take a 10-3 lead into the half.
Bushong,
Koty Keefer,
Matt Aldridge, and Garman scored in a 4-0 third, and
Brian Kilonsky netted his fourth of the season in the fourth before Elmira scored with 16 seconds remaining.
Notables- Garman's five-goal game marked a career-high for the junior as he takes over the team lead with 15 points this season.
- LVC dominated the game with a 53-23 shots advantage. Transition defense was key as the Dutchmen never allowed Elmira to settle, holding the visitors to a 16-for-27 clear rate including three 30-second violations.
- Beaver improved his season face-off percentage to .716 with another big day on the dot.

Alex Bushong recorded his fourth straight multi-goal game with two strikes, and both
Koty Keefer and Kudlak extended their point streaks to five games.

Kevin Masterson improved to 3-1 with a six-save, three-goals-allowed performance that spanned a half and part of the third quarter.
Eric Wilcoxson did not allow a goal and made two saves in 21:17, and
Sam Peters finished the game in relief. Wyatt Katsos (0-1) stopped 15 for Elmira.

Blake Weaver paced the defense with two caused turnovers and three ground balls.
Eli Hudson was a key possession-winner off face-offs with six ground balls from the wing to complement Beaver's game-high 10.
- For the fourth straight game, LVC did not allow a man-up goal, holding Elmira 0-for-4 while converting 2-of-5 chances. The Dutchmen have not allowed a man-up goal in their last 259 minutes of play.
