How It Happened
Arick Sodini's three-pointer with 9 seconds left proved the game-winner in Lebanon Valley's 61-60 loss to Penn State Harrisburg in the championship game of the Lions' tip-off tournament at the Capital Union Building on Sunday afternoon.

The Flying Dutchmen (1-1) led 60-56 with 37 seconds remaining but Penn State Harrisburg (2-0) forced turnovers on back-to-back LVC possessions and took advantage of a pair of missed throws, setting up Sodini's deep three-ball with less than 10 seconds left. Travis Conrad's last-gasp attempt was deflected and fell short of the rim as time expired.

Lebanon Valley and the Lions traded the lead 17 times on the day with neither team gaining more than a six-point advantage in the hard-fought, evenly-matched contest.

With the Dutchmen trailing 30-27 at the break, Zach Mrozek buried the equalizer from distance to begin the second half. Conrad followed it up with another three-pointer on the team's next possession to give LVC its first lead since the 7:37 mark of the first half.

Harrisburg responded with a 6-0 run to regain the advantage at 40-36 before Andy Orr connected from downtown to cap LVC's ensuing 5-0 run and put the Dutchmen back out in front with 12:46 left to play.

Orr's foul line jumper made it 53-52 Lebanon Valley at the 3:48 mark before the teams got on the seesaw and traded buckets over the course of the next few possessions. Will Boccanfuso converted a pair of free throws to make it 60-56 with less than a minute to play but the Lions' defense clamped down following an LVC timeout with 37 ticks remaining.

Standouts
Andy Orr, Travis Conrad – After going off for a double-double one day earlier, Orr turned in his second straight 20-point performance on Sunday afternoon, including 12 points from beyond the arc. Conrad knocked down three jumpers from three-point land and finished with 11 tallies. Both players pulled in a team-high seven rebounds. They were named to the all-tournament team for their efforts.

Inside the Numbers
