After an offensive explosion in Week 1 lifted Lebanon Valley over Gettysburg, the Dutchmen turn their attention westward to Grove City for the second leg of the PAC-MAC Challenge. It's LVC's first visit to Grove City since 1959.

Ben Guiles scored a school-record five touchdowns (four rushing, one receiving) vs. Gettysburg, racking up 147 yards rushing and 103 yards receiving. He needs 159 yards to become LVC's third 3,000-yard rusher.
2. An LVC would be number 400 for the program since 1897.
3. The Grove City trip is LVC's longest since 1984 and a visit to Washington & Lee. This will be LVC's first visit to Grove City since 1959.

Senior RB
Ben Guiles had a phenomenal junior season, and that has paid off this summer with plenty of preseason buzz. Guiles has been named a preseason all-America by four different outlets, including first-team honors from D3 Senior Class, second-team nods by d3football.com and Consensus Draft Services, and a third-team spot by D3 Pro Day. In three years, Guiles has 2,698 yards rushing and 27 touchdowns, ranking third and second, respectively, on the LVC all-time lists for those categories.

Just Doing It
Lebanon Valley College is in the second year of a clothing contract with Nike, and the football program will debut their new white aways this week at Grove City. The team wore blue Nike home sets in 2010 and last week vs. Gettysburg.

Grove City's Blaine Miller caught a late go-ahead 33-yard pass from Clayton Hall to put his team over top Lebanon Valley, 17-14. The Dutchmen fell to 0-2 to start their 2010 season with a mistake-filled performance, despite a big game by
Ben Guiles, who ran for 158 yards and two touchdowns, and caught four passes for 58 yards.
Alex Gilchrist '11 keyed the LVC defense with a team-high eight tackles, including three for a loss with a sack, a fumble recovery, and a batted pass. Miller spurred Grove City's offense, scoring both of their touchdowns with 107 yards receiving, and Craig Bicehouse added a 34-yard field goal for the Wolverines, who trailed 7-3 at the half. Hall threw for 205 yards and ran for 72 more.

Grove City Quick Look
Grove City lost a tight contest at Carnegie Mellon in week 1, 21-19. The Wolverines had a chance to tie the game after Blaine Miller ran for a two-yard touchdown with 3:07 left, but his two-point conversion attempt came up short and CMU was able to kill the remaining time. Quarterback Clayton Hall threw for 104 yards and a touchdown while running for 100 yards, and Miller scored all three touchdowns, running for two and catching the other. Grove City's defense allowed 295 yards of rushing against a run-heavy Carnegie Mellon offense.
