ANNVILLE, Pa. - Two players at opposite ends of their careers were recognized by the Commonwealth Conference for the efforts on the soccer field this year with selections as second-team All-Commonwealth Conference in women's soccer.
Senior Emily Bainbridge and freshman Nicole Snyder were both honored by the league's coaches as second-team all-conference performers this season. Bainbridge's selection is the second of her career. She was also named All-CC in 2008.
Snyder started all 19 of LVC's games in her rookie season, establishing herself as a presence in the Dutchmen's attack. She led LVC in both goals (7) and points (16) while adding a game-winning goal.
Bainbridge had 14 appearances for LVC, starting eight times. She tallied seven points on two goals and three assists while patrolling the midfield for the Dutchmen. Both of her goals were game-winners.
