Jayden Stanfield was named to the D3football.com Team of the Week as a running back and was selected as the MAC Football Offensive Player of the Week after he tied an LVC record with five touchdowns on Saturday in a 45-2 victory over Widener. The junior rushed for a career-high 206 yards and tied the school record with four rushing touchdowns while adding three receptions for 26 yards and a receiving touchdown to lead the Dutchmen to their first win of the season. Stanfield scored LVC's first 35 points as he recorded touchdown runs of one yard and two yards in the first quarter, a six-yard touchdown run and a 17-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter, and then finished things off with a big 44-yard touchdown run early in the third quarter. The junior averaged 9.0 yards per carry and had a long of 49 in the game
