Luke Franklin joined the staff of Lebanon Valley's Men's Lacrosse team as an Assistant Coach in 2023.
Before coming to LVC, Franklin worked a year as an Assistant Coach for Susquehanna University serving as Defensive Coordinator and Recruiting Coordinator.
Before going to Susquehanna, Franklin was a Graduate Assistant for two years at McDaniel College while earning his master’s in Kinesiology. As a Graduate Assistant, Franklin specialized in working with defensive players and goalies.
In 2020, Franklin was the Head Coach for the Diamond National Team 23 for lacrosse. In that same year, Franklin was an Assistant Coach for the 23 and 25 Hereford Lacrosse teams. Franklin also has experience working as a Tournament Director for the 2019 World Series of Youth Lacrosse Tournament in Denver.
Franklin graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies: International Trade and Development in 2019. During his time at Susquehanna, Franklin was a four-year letter winner for men’s lacrosse, earning six turnovers, scooping up nine ground balls, with ten starts, and playing in 26 games. Franklin was voted most improved by his teammates and Head Coach in his senior year. In his four years, Franklin helped his team qualify for three Landmark Conference Championships, with his team reaching the championship game in 2018 and 2019.
