Lebanon Valley College Athletics

Jessica Justice joined Lebanon Valley's staff as an Assistant Coach in 2023.

Justice joins the Dutchmen with an impressive volleyball background as a collegiate athlete and coach. She has been a Head Coach for junior Olympic club teams for three years, most recently at Fusion Volleyball Club in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. She also served as the Head Coach of the Girls' Varsity and Junior Varsity teams at Hershey High School in the fall of 2022. 

Before her coaching and refereeing careers, Justice had success on the court as a player. She was a varsity starter and team captain at St. Augustine High School in Florida, the 2012 Class 6A state runner-up. Justice was also a captain for her national teams at Jacksonville Juniors Volleyball Association. She was recruited to play at Case Western Reserve University as a setter, where she played one season before transferring to the University of Central Florida.

Justice graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2020 with a bachelor's in Pre-Clinical Health Sciences. She also earned a master's in Medical Physiology from Case Western Reserve University in 2023.

She is recently married and lives in the Hershey area with her husband, Justin.
