Courtney Dimmig became a Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach at Lebanon Valley College in the fall of 2024. Before joining the Strength and Conditioning Department, Dimmig was an Assistant Coach for LVC's women’s basketball team during the 2023-24 season.Â

Dimmig is a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Lebanon Valley's men's and women's ice hockey, women's basketball, men's lacrosse, and women's soccer teams.Â

Dimmig came to Lebanon Valley with strength and conditioning experience at the collegiate level. She served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Graduate Assistant at the University of Central Missouri from August 2021 to May 2023. Dimmig worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke as well, from August 2018 to May 2019. Before this position, she also had strength and conditioning internships with Saint Joseph’s University from August 2016 to May 2017 and with her alma mater, Pennsylvania State University, from December 2015 to May 2016. Â

During her time as a Graduate Assistant at Central Missouri, Dimmig earned a master’s in Physical Education with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. She also graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology. Additionally, Dimmig holds certifications with the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), and in USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1, Precision Nutrition Level 1, first aid, and CPR. Â
