2021-22: 
Indoor: USTFCCCA All-Region in the 4x400 relay… Won the 4x200 and 4x400 relays to earn All-MAC First Team honors and finished fifth in 400m at MAC Championships… Won the 400m at the Coach I Open… Second in the 400m at Kutztown… LVC all-time top 5 in 400m.

Outdoor: All-MAC Second Team in the 400 hurdles and First Team in the 4x100 relay at MAC Championships… AARTFC qualifier in the 400 hurdles… USTFCCCA All-Academic award… Won the 400 hurdles with a career-best time at Widener Invitational… Second in 400m hurdles at Jim Taylor Invitational… Won the 4x400 relay and third in the 400 hurdles at the York Twilight Meet… MAC Academic Honor Roll… Third-best time in LVC history in 400 hurdles.

2020-21 (Track & Field): Part of the second and tenth-fastest 4x100 relays in school history… Won the 400m at York’s College Twilight Meet with the fourth-best time in program history… Teamed with Smith, Reed, and Buhr for a MAC-qualifying time in the men’s 4x100 relay at Messiah… Qualified for the postseason and MACs with a first-place finish in the 400m hurdles at Widener… Named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Team… Listed on MAC Academic Honor Roll

2019-20 (Track & Field): Winter/Spring MAC Academic Honor Roll ... Part of first-place 4x400m relay team at the Dutchmen Invite on 1/17 ... Won the 60m hurdles at the Mini-Dip Invite 1/31 ... Part of winning 4x200m relay team at Susquehanna Invite on 2/15 ... MAC Indoor Championships qualifier in the 60m hurdles, 200m dash, 4x200m and 4x400m relay ... Participated at the All-Atlantic Region Championships.

2019 (Football): All-American Honorable Mention Special Teams... 2020 Preseason All-American Second Team... All-MAC First Team Special Teams... All-Region First Team... MAC Special Teams Player of the Week.

2018: Did not appear in any varsity action as a freshman.
