Reid Pavlik will enter his sixth season working with the Lebanon Valley College track & field program in 2022-23. Pavlik is responsible for developing LVC’s pole vaulters. In just his first year, he developed Olivia Faloon into one of the conference’s top jumpers as she placed second at both the indoor and outdoor MAC Championships. Olivia broke the indoor school record with a jump of 10-8. His crew of male vaulters amassed 12 points at the indoor conference championships. In 2021, Reed was instrumental in developing Rachel Snavely into one of the conference’s top vaulters as just a freshman.
Pavlik is a 2016 graduate of Lebanon Valley College where he was a four year member of both the football and track & field programs. A multi-event athlete during the track & field season, he ranks third all-time in the heptathlon and fourth all-time in the decathlon.
