Will Lawlor

Will Lawlor Jr. enters his second season as an assistant coach in 2022.

Lawlor comes from Northern Arizona University, where he served as the head coach since 2018. While at the helm of the Lumberjacks, Lawlor led the team to a 13-3 overall record in 2019 and reached the Men's Collegiate Lacrosse Association (MCLA) Nationals for the first time in program history. He coached four MCLA All-Americans and two MCLA Scholar Athletes during his time at NAU. Lawlor also built the website and social media platform for the program while also creating the first-ever prospect days, alumni games, and youth engagement events while at NAU. Lawlor also coached collegiately at the University of Arizona and Alvernia University.
 
The St. David's, Pa. native graduated from Rosemont College in 2015 with a bachelor of arts degree in communications. While at Rosemont, Lawlor was awarded the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) Sportsmanship Award in 2014. He's also the program record-holder for single game assists (7), and is tied for first in single-game points (9). Lawlor was a two-year starter for the Ravens after transferring from Ohio Wesleyan University before the 2013 season.

Before college, Lawlor graduated from Radnor High School, which boasts a prominent lacrosse program that has won multiple recent state titles.
