Arthur "AJ" Johnson joined Lebanon Valley's men's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in 2015.
Johnson came to LVC with an extensive set of lacrosse experience, most recently as the director of the The Re-Education Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia that caters to under-served communities with non-traditional programs, including the city's first box lacrosse league for boys and girls.
Johnson has been heavily involved in building the lacrosse community in Philadelphia, and has worked as the head coach at Mastery Charter-Shoemaker and Father Judge high schools. He has also been a coach in the LEAPS Lax, Philly Youth Lax, and Urban Select programs, and with the Tomahawks Lax club. Johnson played club lacrosse at East Stroudsburg University, where he graduated in 2009.
