2014: Appeared and started in 14-of-15 games for the Valley as a team co-captain...Selected to the All-Commonwealth Conference First Team...Was vital in the organization and execution of Crosse Out Cancer weekend on March 22-23...Recorded one goal and one assist for two points, while picking up 40 ground balls and causing 22 turnovers in his senior season.

2013: Second-Team All-Commonwealth Conference ... Team captain ... Started 18 games at close defense ... Generated 26 caused turnovers and 45 ground balls ... Scored a goal at Albright in the ECAC Tournament semifinals.

2012: First-Team All-Commonwealth ... Started all 15 games on defense ... Caused 29 turnovers and picked up 47 ground balls ... Scored a goal at Rosemont.

2011: Started 15 games on defense as a freshman ... Second on the team with 56 ground balls and 29 caused turnovers ... Also scored a goal and had an assist.
