    Assistant Offensive Line Coach / Instant Replay Coordinator / JV O.C.

Scott Salerno '20 has worked with LVC's offensive line since 2018, and he became the program's Instant Replay Coordinator and Junior Varsity Offensive Coordinator in 2025. 

After sustaining a career-ending injury in his first season with the Dutchmen, Salerno transitioned to a Manager and Student Assistant role to launch his coaching career. In 2019, he was hired on staff working with the offensive line. 

Salerno also previously coached offensive linemen at youth football camps with Gridiron State Football from 2013-18. 

Salerno received a bachelor’s degree in Computer & Data Science from LVC in 2020. He currently works in Mechanicsburg as a Software Developer. He lives in New Cumberland, Pa., with his wife Jenna.
