Austin Heiser began his first season as an Assistant Coach for the Lebanon Valley College Football team in 2024.
Heiser joined the coaching staff for the Dutchmen after concluding his career as a defensive lineman for Millersville University, where he was a member of the program from 2020 through the 2023 season. During his final campaign with the Marauders, he led the defensive line with 31 total tackles. Heiser also excelled in the classroom, earning recognition as a three-time Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete. He graduated from Millersville in May 2024 with a bachelor’s in Sports Administration and a minor in Coaching.
Before attending Millersville, Heiser went to Gettysburg Area High School and was a captain for its football team. He garnered several accolades during his high school career, as he was a two-time Pennsylvania All-State Middle Linebacker and a two-time Defensive Player of the Year in the York-Adams Interscholastic Athletic Association (YAIAA). Additionally, Heiser was a two-time YAIAA First Team selection as a middle linebacker.
