NEWTOWN, Pa. – Eight Lebanon Valley College student-athletes from eight different teams were honored by the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) for their performances over the past week, as the conference office announced its weekly awards in a release on Tuesday.
Lebanon Valley's men's and women's cross country teams garnered recognition following strong efforts at the Lock Haven Invitational, as junior
Rory Lieberman was named the MAC Men's Runner of the Week and senior
Coyla Bartholomew was selected as the conference's Women's Runner of the Week. Sophomore forward
Jillian Tait was also honored for her contributions to Dutchmen Field Hockey's big victory over 17th-ranked The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), earning the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week award. Additionally, senior safety
Carter Foust was chosen as the MAC Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in LVC's football team's win at Delaware Valley University.

Nathan Prex was named the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week for Lebanon Valley's men's soccer team after playing an integral role in the program's two wins over the past week. Senior midfielder
Jordan Lasky was also recognized as the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week for Dutchmen Women's Soccer, following her impressive performance in the team's victory over Neumann University. Lebanon Valley's men's tennis team was honored as well, as sophomore
Zach Schrader was listed as the MAC Freedom Men's Tennis Player of the Week for contributing to a pair of victories over the University of Scranton and Marymount University. Additionally, sophomore libero
Kylie Nagle was selected as the MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Week after making an impact for LVC's volleyball team during a week that included a win at FDU-Florham.
Lieberman broke the Lebanon Valley 8K program record with a time of 24:19.2 to place third at the Lock Haven Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 27. The junior beat the previous mark of 24:40 set in 1994 and finished just seven seconds off the overall winner in a 204-runner field. LVC also posted its best-ever team average (25:14) to finish as the top Division III squad. This marks Lieberman's first MAC weekly award of the season and the fourth of his career in cross country. The junior has also received three conference weekly honors during his indoor track and field career at Lebanon Valley. Joe Chukoskie was named the MAC Men's Runner of the Week on Sept. 9.
Bartholomew placed 10th overall with a 6K time of 22:03.1, just one second off her career best, at the Lock Haven Invitational on Saturday. She finished as the top Division III runner in a field of 179, leading LVC to seventh place overall and the top Division III team finish. This is Bartholomew's first MAC Women's Runner of the Week award in her cross country career. The senior has also earned one conference weekly award for indoor track and field and two weekly honors for outdoor track and field in her career. Kyrianna Nemitz was recognized on Sept. 9.
Tait scored both goals in LVC's 3-2 shootout victory over No. 17 TCNJ, delivering a career-best performance that secured the program's signature upset on Saturday. She scored in the 27th and 39th minutes, converting both of her shot attempts. This marks Tait's first career MAC Freedom weekly honor. Claire Weidenhammer was named the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 2.
Foust forced three turnovers in a 21-18 upset win at Delaware Valley on Saturday, LVC's first victory over the Aggies since 2013. He recorded two interceptions, including a 31-yard return to set up the decisive touchdown, and added a forced fumble, eight tackles, and a pass breakup. This is Foust's first career MAC weekly award, and it marks the fourth that the Dutchmen have received from the conference this fall. Earlier on Tuesday, Foust was also chosen to the D3football.com Team of the Week, along with the squad's offensive line. Both the senior safety and the offensive line have been recognized with the honor twice this year.
Prex scored all four of LVC's goals in a 2-0 week. He recorded a second-half hat trick, including the game-winner, in a 3-1 victory at Penn State Harrisburg on Wednesday, Sept. 24, before adding the lone tally in a 1-0 win at Alvernia University on Saturday. The senior has scored in seven straight matches. This is the second time this fall that Prex was listed as the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week, as he also received the honor on Sept. 16. This also marks the fourth time he has been presented with a conference weekly award during his career. Additionally, the Dutchmen have now earned four MAC Freedom weekly honors this season.
Lasky recorded LVC's first hat trick since 2017, scoring three times in a 6-0 win over Neumann last Wednesday. She tallied goals in the 14th, 30th, and 52nd minutes against the Knights before the Dutchmen closed the week in a 1-1 draw at Widener on Saturday. This marks Lasky's second career conference weekly award, as the senior forward was also named the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Week on Sept. 9. The Flying Dutchmen have now received five conference weekly honors from the conference this fall.
Schrader went 5-1 across singles and doubles play in a 2-1 week for LVC. His highlight was a straight-sets win over Division II Millersville University's top player (6-1, 6-4), marking one of the biggest victories of his young career. This is Schrader's first MAC Freedom weekly award of the season, and the second of his career. The sophomore was also honored by the conference on March 25. Lebanon Valley has now been presented with three consecutive MAC Freedom Men's Tennis Player of the Week honors, as junior
Colin Brusse garnered the recognition on Sept. 16 and graduate student
Adam Warren won the award on Sept. 23.
Nagle notched a season-high 29 digs in a 3-1 win at FDU-Florham on Wednesday, part of a 50-dig week. She added 14 digs against Messiah University and seven more against Salisbury University on Saturday. This marks Nagle's first career MAC Freedom weekly honor.
