Women’s Tennis Overcomes Windy Day to Defeat Albright

ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley women's tennis team fought through a cold and windy day at the Shankroff Tennis Center to defeat Albright College 6-3 for the 20th consecutive home win.

The Dutchmen (10-0) handed the Lions (7-2) their first loss of the spring and ended a four-match winning streak. LVC won two of three doubles matches and then won four of the six singles matches. Three of the singles matches went to three sets. The wind played a big factor during the match as both teams had to adjust to balls flying all over the court.
