OWINGS MILLS, Md. – The Lebanon Valley men's swimming team had a strong meet on Saturday as they split a tri-meet with host Stevenson University and Juniata College at McDonough School in Owings Mills.
The Dutchmen defeated Juniata 153-12 and were defeated by the Mustangs 136-65.
Meet Highlights
- The 200-yard medley relay team of Joe Beidler, Zack Fisher, Brian Dym, and Jacob Marsh finished second with a time of 2:00.72.
- Dain Vallie was second in the 1000-yard freestyle touching the wall in 12:34.13.
- Justin Kopp continued his strong weekend with a time of 2:12.87 in the 200-yard freestyle to finish third.
- Tyler Singer and Jeremy Tuz went 2-3 in the 50-yard freestyle. Singer swam 24.60 seconds while Tuz was right behind him in 25.32 seconds.
- Dym had a time of 59.20 seconds in the 100-yard butterfly to finish third.
- Vallie won the 100-yard freestyle in 52.86 seconds. Singer was fourth in 59.24 seconds.
- Jacob Herold was third in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 6:14.78.
- The Dutchmen swept the relays as Singer, Kopp, Dym, and Vallie won the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:38.38.

LVC will be back in the Arnold Sports Center on Friday hosting King's College. The meet is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m.
