OWINGS MILLS, Md. – Sydney Zimmerman and
Emily Beard scored two goals each for the Lebanon Valley women's lacrosse team in a 18-4 defeat at Stevenson University on Saturday afternoon.
The Mustangs (3-7, 1-0 MAC Commonwealth) outscored the Dutchmen (3-7, 0-2 MAC Commonwealth) 12-0 over the course of the second and third quarters to pull away for the victory. Stevenson scored first before Zimmerman found the back of the net on a free position shot. The Mustangs retook the lead with a pair of goals. Beard cut the lead down to 3-2 with her 13th goal of the season. Stevenson scored just before the quarter ended and then added eight goals in the second quarter and four more in the third to take a 16-2 lead. Zimmerman stopped the run with her second goal of the game to begin the fourth quarter. After a pair of Mustang goals, Beard scored her second goal of the game with just over two minutes left.

- Zimmerman took the team lead in season points with two to give her 35. It was her sixth multi-goal game of the year.
- Beard also had two goals to give her 14 on the season. It was her second consecutive two-goal game and third multi-goal game of the year.
- Maria Brandt led the team with five ground balls, three draw controls, and two caused turnovers.
- Anna Lougee caused two turnovers for the second straight game.
