HERSHEY, Pa. – Brad Viola scored what was the eventual game-winning goal and added an assist to lead the Lebanon Valley men's ice hockey team to a 4-3 victory over Alvernia University on Senior Night at Hersheypark Arena.
 
Lebanon Valley got on the board first and never trailed in their final game of the year. 
Darion Benchich scored in the first period off an Alvernia turnover with assists going to 
Tyler Fittro and 
Max Loga. The Golden Wolves tied the score up in the second on a power play goal, but LVC struck right back as 
Tanner Tolliver found the back of the net off rebounded shots from 
Haralds Jirgens and 
Brenden Yingling. The Dutchmen increased their lead to 3-1 at 12:14 of the third period as 
Eric Malcarney scored his first career goal. Fittro and 
Harris Blackwood set up the play for Malcarney. The Golden Wolves would cut the lead to 3-2 with just under five minutes to play. Viola gave the Dutchmen much needed insurance with an empty net goal in the final minute off a pass from 
Blake Tosto. The Golden Wolves managed to sneak a puck over the line in the final 10 seconds to make it a 4-3 game.

	- Viola had himself a night in his final game as a Dutchman with the game-winning goal and an assist. He was a +3 on the ice.
 
	- Fittro recorded two assists and took four shots.
 
	- Tosto won a team-high 12 faceoffs on 20 attempts.
 
	- The Dutchmen outshot the Golden Wolves 36-32.
 
	- Ty Franchi earned the win making 29 saves.
 
	- LVC allowed just five total shots on five penalty kill opportunities.
