ANNVILLE, Pa. –  The Lebanon Valley women's soccer team fought to the end to tie Scranton on Herbert Field on Wednesday afternoon. 
 
The first half of the contest was an uphill battle for both teams, walking into half-time scoreless. In 59th minute, Scranton (3-1-1) was the first team to get on the board. Lebanon Valley (0-2-3) fought back, and 
Darrian Berkheimer put a goal away in the 82nd minute to tie the game 1-1.
 
Inside the Box
	- Berkheimer put the lone goal away for LVC and put up two shots on goal.
 
	- Jocelyn Umana had another strong game in between the pipes for the Dutchmen, putting up eight saves. 
 
	- Reagan McCarty and Jordan Lasky also each put a shot on net.
 
Who's Next
The Dutchmen will take a week off matches to prepare for their next home contest against Cabrini on Sept. 24. First touch is set for 1 p.m. on Herbert Field.
