GLENSIDE, Pa. – Arcadia University scored a power-play goal with two minutes to play to defeat Lebanon Valley women's ice hockey, 2-1, in United Collegiate Hockey Conference play on Friday, Feb. 11.
Morganne Dee scored from the left wing on the power play to give the Knights the go-ahead goal. Dee registered both tallies for the Knights.
LVC led early as
Victoria Scurto scored on a rebound from the left wing midway through the opening period.
Katie Pounder and
Abby Radcliffe picked up assists on the play.
Arcadia knotted the game at 1 with just two minutes remaining in the second period.
LVC maintains its hold on the eighth and final UCHC playoff berth.
Inside the Numbers
- Scurto scored her second goal of the season and is tied for second on the team with six points this season.
- Radcliffe's fourth assist ties her for the team lead and pushes her team-best point total to 12 this season, moving her into a tie for third place in LVC's single-season record book.
