ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College men's swimming team won three events against Lycoming College on Saturday afternoon inside the Arnold Sports Center. The visiting Warriors won the meet 115-86.
The Dutchmen had six different swimmers record nine Middle Atlantic Conference Championships qualifying times in the first meet.
Inside the Box Score
- Dain Vallie won the 800-meter freestyle in 10:32.13.
- Andrew Mintoyne won the 50 meter-freestyle and finished second in the 100-meter freestyle
- The Dutchmen also won the 200-meter freestyle relay as Vallie, Justin Kopp, Jack Clawson, and Mintoyne swam a time of 1:45.10.
- Jake Beidler finished second in the 100-meter breaststroke with a time of 1:18.72.
Up Next
The Dutchmen will be off next week before returning to action on November 4 at King's College. LVC will also swim against FDU-Florham at the meet with the first race scheduled for 6:30 p.m.
