ANNVILLE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley's women's tennis team earned their second win of the season with an 8-1 victory over Susquehanna University on Saturday afternoon.
 
In the doubles matches, LVC went 2-1 on the day over the River Hawks. The combo of Nicole Honrade and Madison Poladian picked up an 8-1 victory in #2 doubles. In the #3 doubles game, Zoe Birch and Meridyth Sanders were 8-3 winners.
 

The Dutchmen women would sweep singles play winning all six matches. Honrade, Melanie Haas, Poladian, Emily Wilczek, Sanders, and Birch all won their singles matches. Highlights included Sanders winning 6-0, 6-1 as Sanders in her last two matches has only surrendered one game while winning 24. Poladian played the match of the day as she won in three sets after winning the tiebreaker 7-4 in the final set to grab the win.

The Flying Dutchmen are back in action on Friday and Saturday as they participate in the Middle Atlantic Conference Individuals. Play will start Friday morning at 9 a.m. in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
