Lebanon Valley 8, Hood 1
 
FREDERICK, Md. – Lebanon Valley cruised to an 8-1 victory over Hood College on Saturday afternoon in MAC Commonwealth men's tennis action. The Dutchmen jumped to 8-5, 2-1 MAC Commonwealth, while the Blazers stayed winless and fell to 0-7, 0-4 MAC Commonwealth.
 
In No. 2 doubles, Blake Martin and Ben Hinkley were impressive, downing Dom Spinuzza and Alex Beaumont 8-2 before Jeffery Bauer and William Harriger picked up where they left off earlier in the week and dominated in No. 3 singles at 8-0.
 
LVC went six-for-six in singles action, beginning at No. 1 with Blake Martin's 6-1, 6-1 triumph, followed by Justin Schuetz's blanking of Jorden Hahn 6-0, 6-0 in No. 2 singles play. Elliott Kleckner also finished off his opponent easily in at 6-1, 6-0. Luke Senft shut down Simon El Rayah 6-0, 6-0 at No. 4 singles, while Hinkley (6-2, 6-0) and Bauer (6-0, 6-0) downed their opponents easily at No. 5 and No. 6 singles, respectively.
 
The Dutchmen continue conference action on Thursday, April 18th, when LVC travels to Glenside to take on Arcadia at 3:30 p.m.
