How It Happened
In game one of this afternoon's MAC Commonwealth doubleheader with Messiah, Lebanon Valley's Lexi Windsor turned in another masterful pitching performance that guided the Flying Dutchmen to a 4-0 victory over the Falcons.

Windsor got some early run support in the first inning when Savannah Toth reached on a fielder's choice that moved Annie McClain to third, and McClain then scored after Messiah's shortstop airmailed a throw to third base trying to get McClain out at third. Then, in the second, McClain tripled to left center to plate Alison Noga and Windsor to increase LVC's advantage to 3-0. Next up was Kate Whelski, and she grounded out to second base, but McClain scored to make it a 4-0 game.

Windsor never slowed and continued to dominate inside the circle in the late innings. She retired the Falcons in order in the fifth, sixth, and seventh inning, as the Dutchmen held on for the shutout victory.

Inside the Numbers
 - Windsor threw just 65 pitches in the win, including 49 strikes. She allowed just a pair of hits, one walk, and struck out four while inducing 11 ground-ball outs.
 - McClain finished with two hits and two RBI.
 - Toth, Kristi Langhans, and Windsor recorded one hit apiece, while Toth had a stolen base.

How It Happened
In game two, LVC was down 5-2 heading into the bottom of the seventh, but rallied and eventually, Robin Feaster delivered a walk-off single to give the Dutchmen a huge 6-5 come-from-behind win over Messiah. After today's two wins, LVC now sits at 9-9, 4-2 MAC Commonwealth, while the Falcons dropped to 8-10, 2-2 MAC Commonwealth.

Similar to game one, the Dutchmen got on the board early when McClain scored on a wild pitch in the bottom of the first. In the top of the second, however, Messiah answered with a run to even the game at 1-1. Then, in the bottom of the inning, McClain continued an impressive day with a double to left to plate Feaster.

The score remained 2-1 in favor of LVC until the top of the fifth when the Falcons offense finally broke through against Windsor and scored four times to take a 5-2 advantage. The Dutchmen chipped away though, and made it a two-run game in the bottom of the sixth off Jen Kaufman's RBI-single that scored Langhans.

After Windsor retired the Falcons in order in the top of the seventh, LVC came to bat down by just two. With one out, Toth singled to center, and then advanced to second on a wild pitch. Rylee Shockley then ripped a double to center field that scored Toth and made it a 5-4 game. Next up was Langhans, and she roped a triple to right center to score pinch-runner Ashley Dotey to even the game. Windsor and Alison Noga were then intentionally walked with one out to load the bases, but Feaster hit the first pitch she saw into left field to score pinch-runner Sarah Musselman to give LVC a thrilling 6-5 win.

Inside the Numbers
 - Langhans went 3-for-4 at the plate with one RBI.
 - Toth and Shockley ended with two hits apiece.
 - Inside the Circle, Windsor earned her second win of the day and improved to 6-1. She threw all seven innings and allowed four earned runs and struck out two.
